Born in Western Australia, Keagan began his acting career at the age of 18 and trained at Thee Performing Arts College in Perth. His versatility and passion for his craft has resulted in a wide variety of roles throughout his career in Singapore and Australia.
Keagan's theatre credits include 'Dan' in Closer; 'Frankie' in Dealer's Choice; 'Ross' in Macbeth; 'Mercutio' and 'Lord Capulet' in Romeo & Juliet; 'Sebastian' in Twelfth Night; 'Jason Posner' in Wit; 'Horst' in Bent; 'The Player' in Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead; 'Hikaru' in Lady Aoi.
His time on the silver screen include the lead role of 'Jacob Fernandez' in four seasons of Code Of Law; The Pupil; Stormworld; Faculty; A War Diary; Spin; Chase; Singapore Short Story; Restless; Kitchen Musical; Love Machine (21st Asian Television Awards nomination for Best Supporting Actor).
Keagan's film work include Marco Polo; Beautiful Boxer; No Through Road; After Images; Outsiders; 2000 A.D.; Woody Island; Leap Years; City Sharks.
His short film credits include Manifest; One Sunny Morning; Trixie Club; Subtitle; Satyre; Exit.
Keagan recently made his directorial debut in the original short film Lords, that he also wrote, co-produced and acted in.
